- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, while providing a positive and empathetic customer experience
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met

- 6 months customer service or call centre environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
