About the Role

As a seasoned professional, you will spearhead the development and execution of targeted email marketing strategies for our clients. This includes designing and implementing automation campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-brand results, and leveraging data insights to drive continuous improvement.

This position requires strong leadership skills, as you will oversee junior team members and guide them in their roles. You will also be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.

To succeed in this role, you should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  2. Lead the design and implementation of email automation campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results
  3. Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and project managers to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective projects
  4. Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions
  5. Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing, or digital campaign execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
  • Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns, with a focus on error-free execution and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels
