Job Description

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will support our Engineering Teams in building high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers. You will be responsible for guiding the teams, clearing blockers, and ensuring their success.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Keep all parties on track and informed of project progress.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs.
  • Remove roadblocks hindering team progress.
  • Tweak and adjust Agile practices for better software delivery.
  • Coordinate release planning and deployment activities.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years as a Scrum Master or similar role.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (preferred).
