Job Opportunity: Pricing Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pricing Associate. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

The Pricing Associate will play a critical role in ensuring that all price exceptions and sales support concerns are completed within the defined process and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and maintain commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within the defined processes and SLAs.
  • Elevate exceptions as needed in coordination with Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Utilize CRM system to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Negotiate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions for consideration.
  • Understand team key processes & systems, as well as IWG business expectations.
  • Support a 24/6 operation and be flexible to change shift as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.
  • Fixed term Employment - 3 Months.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Able to prioritise, work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, multitask and show initiative.
  • Strong and independent team player.
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.
  • Full time physical attendance is an essential function of the job.
Technical Requirements:
  • Familiar with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate MS Excel.
  • Familiar with Contract software and/or CRM systems.
