  • We review annual RPT payments, verify deficiency assessments, and ensure compliance.
  • Our team prepares computations and reports on local tax issues, providing insightful analysis.
  • We coordinate with local government officials, advocate our position, and facilitate required documentation/data exchange.
  • Maintaining a database of RPT payments and status per local government unit is crucial to our success.
  • We plan, strategize, file, and pay Local Business Tax, always advocating the company's best interests.
Tax Advisory and Special Projects:
  • Our experts assist in tax impact assessment and structuring for corporate reorganizations and strategies, ensuring optimal results.
  • We support tax planning initiatives, such as contract drafting for sales, purchases, and business dealings, driving growth and efficiency.
  • We process Certificate Authorizing Registration (CAR), facilitating seamless transactions.
  • Conducting tax due diligence is essential to our decision-making process.
  • Our team provides general taxation advice, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Assisting in BIR, LGU, and customs audits ensures our compliance and integrity.
  • We prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
