Finance Business Partner

The position of Finance Business Partner is a strategic role that requires the ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to drive financial decision-making. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, analyzing financial performance, and providing recommendations to senior management.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Partnering: The Finance Business Partner will serve as a key liaison between the finance team and operational teams, ensuring alignment of financial goals with business objectives.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: This individual will lead the preparation of financial models, annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis, and will analyze financial performance KPIs to provide recommendations for driving business decisions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proven experience in FP&A with a focus on business partnering roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
