Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for 100% phone-based customer service, assisting patients with refilling orders, and answering patient inquiries.

This is a full-time, permanent work-from-home position aligned to US Eastern Time Zone hours. There is no part-time work or cold calling in this role.

Responsibilities:
  • You will utilize the company phone system and CRM to assist patients with refilling orders and answer inquiries.
  • You will receive inbound and place outbound enrollment calls within the hours of operation (8:30 am – 7:00 pm Eastern time).
  • You will work within the hours of operation from 8:30 am – 7:00 pm Eastern time.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service with a caring, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You must be computer literate.
  • You have an excellent command of English, written and spoken.
  • You possess strong active listening skills.
  • You have the ability to multitask by typing and talking during calls.
  • You have experience in inbound and outbound calls preferred.
  • You have advanced phone etiquette, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • You have experience with dialer or CRM preferred.
  • You have at least 1 year of sales/CSR upselling experience in a BPO/call center setting.
