
Senior Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking a Coordinated Care Coordinator to join our remote team. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
As a Coordinated Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing caregiver schedules across multiple locations. You will also be required to respond promptly to changes in shift schedules, communicate with clients and caregivers via phone and email, and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
- Respond to schedule changes, client inquiries, and other issues that may arise during business hours
- Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers through various channels
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and caregiver performance
- 1-2 years of experience in scheduling or a related field
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
