Job Overview

The Influencer Development Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding our global presence by fostering strategic partnerships with influencers and thought leaders across various markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators aligned with our brand and values.
  • Build relationships and manage negotiations with KOLs for promotional activities, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate and track influencer campaigns across platforms, monitoring campaign performance and optimizing outreach strategy.
  • Maintain a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation and messaging.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development, preferably within the gaming, tech, charity, or Web 3 sectors.
  • Fluent English, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages is a significant advantage: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Web3 culture, terminology, and market trends is preferred.
