Influencer Marketing Role

We are seeking an experienced influencer marketing professional to join our team as a Influencer Collaboration Coordinator.

This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with social media influencers, managing influencer campaigns, and tracking campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Identify Influencers: Proactively research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Manage the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including outreach, onboarding, brief creation, content coordination, and performance tracking.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Building: Negotiate deliverables and rates with creators and build strong relationships with influencers to ensure successful campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Track campaign performance, audience engagement, and content quality to continually optimize efforts.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Communication Skills: Strong English communication and copywriting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns at once.
