Job Overview

We are seeking a Digital Partnerships Coordinator to play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with digital influencers and user-generated content creators.

Key Responsibilities
  • IDentify and recruit digital influencers and UGC creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Guide influencers and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that effectively showcases products and benefits.
  • Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through Shopify.
  • Collaborate with the social media management team to monitor and reply to comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Ensure timely execution of collaborations by maintaining clear communication with influencers.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital partnerships and outreach.
  • Familiarity with Shopify processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions.
  • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Passion for the beauty and skincare industry, as well as staying up-to-date with the latest digital trends.
