Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of system configuration, data quality, and the identification and resolution of configuration data issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations.
  • Ensure the completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems.
  • Be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform.
  • Work alongside implementation consultants and customer support teams.
  • Complete administrative tasks including systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
