We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role will focus on data entry, document management, and process coordination, allowing the sales team to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and maintain sales data in CRM and Google Sheets, ensuring timely follow-ups and seamless communication with the sales team.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports, in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Track and update lead statuses, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Assist in coordinating sales processes, such as endorsements and interview scheduling, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Support ongoing sales projects by handling administrative tasks, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to review and organize sales data for reporting and insights, leveraging data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes, implementing improvements that enhance overall performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal policies, upholding the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales administration or a related role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing industry-leading tools and software.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM tools, staying up-to-date with the latest features and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, managing competing priorities and deadlines with ease.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
