Project Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a collaborative and results-driven Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of tasks, facilitating communication among team members, and providing updates to clients and stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They should have a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

The successful candidate will have experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work, as well as proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365). They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage task intakes and prioritize projects
  • Facilitate team member communication and collaboration
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Create reports and track project progress
  • Manage timelines and schedules

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365)
