Expert Technical Support Specialist

A career opportunity exists for a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our remote team. This role requires flexibility and availability across rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as assigned by the business.

The successful candidate will work behind the scenes to help colleagues troubleshoot, problem-solve, and power through everything from funnel fixes to email flows. They will use their technical expertise across a wide range of marketing tools to guide, improve outcomes, and keep systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing real-time support via internal chat to resolve issues and answer queries
  2. Troubleshooting technical problems in various marketing tools and software
  3. Assisting with urgent tasks during critical retention periods
  4. Creating how-to resources, guides, and SOPs to plug knowledge gaps
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve systems and prevent repeat issues
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing, technical support, or related roles
  • Proficiency in at least 5 of the following: Canva, ChatGPT, ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel, Shopify, Mailchimp
  • Excellent written communication and structured problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts across 24/7 schedules as required
Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with remote support, chat troubleshooting, or tech onboarding
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana), SEO platforms (e.g., Semrush), or website builders (e.g., Wix, WordPress)
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, CRM tools, and marketing automations
