Job Title: Marketing Automation Specialist

This role oversees the optimization and execution of marketing automation initiatives across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data flow between marketing tools, drive lead nurturing programs, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact.

This position is open to candidates based in selected locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns.
  • You will manage and enhance Eloqua workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
  • You will ensure smooth integration and data alignment between Eloqua and Salesforce for marketing activities.
  • You will monitor key automation and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports.
  • You will collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful communications.
  • You will maintain database health, compliance, and best practices for email and marketing automation.
  • You will research trends, new tools, and best practices in marketing automation to drive continuous improvement.
  • You will ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • 5 years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Eloqua (certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (preferably Marketing and/or Sales Cloud).
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and marketing KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
