Our team is comprised of goal-oriented and strategic-thinking individuals who are committed to excellence. We are currently seeking an Operations Excellence Manager who will drive process improvements and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain effective communication with clients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  2. Develop and implement data-driven strategies that impact the bottom line.
  3. Identify training needs and equip staff with fundamental skills and knowledge.
  4. Have a thorough understanding of system tools and operational procedures.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders on regular basis for changes on promotions and updates.
  6. Ensure compliance with all defined processes and adhere to team member, partner, and third-party provider standards.
Minimum Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. At least 6 years of work experience in same industry with 3-4 years of management experience.
  3. Must have experience handling customer service, technical support, sales accounts, or telco.
  4. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  5. Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives.
  6. Strong analytical skills.
  7. Demonstrated leadership skills.
  8. Willingness to report on graveyard or shifting schedules.
