JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree holder
With 7-10 years BPO experience
Minimum of 3 years leadership experience
With Operational Excellence or Center of Excellence experience is an advantage
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify inefficiencies, enhance service delivery, and streamline workflows through standardization
Train and develop skill of agents/team leads
Monitor performance metrics, maintain service excellence, and ensure adherence to policies
Analyze feedback, implement for improvements, and create customer-centric culture
Another task may be assigned by immediate superior
