Job Summary

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and productivity. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare project documentation and manage identified risks and changes.
  • Ensure project is completed on schedule and within agreed scope.
  • Secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from process owners and project sponsors.
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the team.
  • Identify and measure process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
