In this critical position, you will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across the firm. Collaborating with legal teams, intake specialists, client experience managers, and technology partners, you will streamline workflows, remove inefficiencies, and implement impactful solutions that align with our long-term vision.

Responsibilities
  • Streamline processes to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Develop and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in process analysis and improvement, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
