As a key member of our team, the Process Improvement Specialist will play a vital role in driving continuous process improvement within our Finance Shared Services (FSS) group.

Key Responsibilities
  • The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing current processes to identify areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
  • They will also be responsible for facilitating data gathering, discussions, and follow-through with various FSS teams, ensuring timely preparation of documentation, process flows, presentations, and training guides as required.
  • Effective coordination with internal and external customers is crucial, adhering to structured processes to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • The Process Improvement Specialist will participate in Systems and Process Improvements and Change Management Projects as needed, contributing to business growth by matching customer needs with existing systems and processes.
  • Regular User Acceptance Testing will be performed as assigned, with the goal of refining processes and enhancing user satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A degree in Accountancy is preferred, along with certifications in project management, data analytics, or related expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is essential, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.
  • High motivation and result-oriented behavior are expected, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
