Key Sourcing Role:

The primary objective of this position is to develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive business growth and continuity.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and vendor analysis to identify alternative supplier options and negotiate optimal contracts.
  • Develop and implement on-demand sourcing activities, including identifying new suppliers, building relationships, and facilitating procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements and enable proactive procurement planning, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee re-order volumes raised by warehouse material requirement planners to guarantee seamless execution of procurement SLAs.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in sourcing.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
