Seeking a skilled Account Officer to spearhead Commercial Vehicle operations.

GROW is currently looking for an experienced professional to be placed in the Financing Industry. Our client's core business includes new cars, used car financing, and developing financing facilities for machinery, equipment, and commercial vehicles.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field required.
  • At least three years of experience in account management from banking and financing industries.
  • Prior connections with used car/commercial vehicle dealers and working experience as a dealer coordinator in a financing company are valuable assets.
Main Responsibilities
  • Solicit new accounts from Used Car and Commercial Vehicle Dealers.
  • Evaluate the quality of those accounts through thorough pre-screening processes.
  • Negotiate agreements with used car and commercial vehicle dealers, agents, and direct clients.
  • Secure necessary requirements from clients to book accounts successfully.
  • Effectively manage existing customer portfolios to achieve marketing, credit, and profitability objectives.
  • Work schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, Full Onsite.
Remuneration Package
  • 40,000 to 50,000 PHP salary range.
  • HMO benefits upon hiring.
  • Rice subsidy (1,500/month), 15 vacation leaves, 5 sick leaves, clothing and medical allowances (6,600/year) upon regularization.
