Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of vehicle condition reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle condition reports before posting them in auctions.
  • Verify alignment with auction coverage by checking CARFAX Quick Check History, vehicle's actual mileage, trim level, drivetrain, engine, and interior/exterior damages.
  • Update transport status of vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate effectively with the US backoffice team to ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center or BPO company is highly desirable but not required.
