We are seeking a skilled Payroll Professional to join our team.

Job Description

This role involves providing payroll services for the group, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments to employees. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and service providers to reconcile payroll output files, participate in planning and coordinating year-end tax reporting, and provide support in seeking government funding for HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closing collaboration with service provider and internal stakeholders to ensure payment accuracies and completeness
  • Reviewing, validating and reconciling payroll output files from service provider
  • Participating in planning and coordinating year-end tax reporting and other periodic activities
  • Providing support in seeking government funding for various HR programs
  • Actively participating in regular vendor performance reviews and providing regular feedback
  • Providing advisory and responding to employees' queries on payroll matters in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder with 1-2 years of payroll experience
  • Well-versed with employment legislations and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with Workday an added advantage
  • Attention to details and meticulous with ability to work within deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player who able to work independently if required
