Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Diagnostic Business Strategist to lead our team in the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive the growth of our diagnostic business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement regional business strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead a team of senior experts to influence others and achieve results in a complex environment.
  • Represent APAC at a global level via the Solution Portfolio Committee to ensure country/regional needs are considered.
  • Leverage commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the diagnostic world and healthcare market.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. Advanced degree desired.
  • At least 15 years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in the area of focus and in the Asia Pacific region.
  • Proven ability to shape business and ecosystems, mobilize resources, and is outcome-driven.
