Role Overview

The Finance Manager position is a key role in our organization, responsible for leading a dynamic team of business-enabling functions.

This includes managing and overseeing the financial results of the affiliate, business partnering, cash generation, accounting, tax, procurement, supply chain, business operations, and general services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 10 years of finance experience, a professional Accounting qualification or University Degree/MBA, and a proven record of ensuring financial governance and strong network with internal and external financial communities.

  • The ideal candidate will be a curious leader who can contribute outside their core expertise.
Key Responsibilities

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of actionable insights from data to inform business decisions.
  • Stimulating an environment that fosters smart experiments, rapid iterations, and ruthless prioritization.
  • Identifying key challenges and opportunities and assessing their impact on the organization.
  • Generating meaningful market insights and contributing to the long-term sustainability of the affiliate.
  • Ensuring a solid framework for launch excellence in the affiliate.
