Job Overview

About this role:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

This position plays a crucial role in delivering an empathic and customer service-focused experience for all employees, supporting employee questions and inquiries, and innovating and advancing our People Operations backbone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and provide high-level support to employees.
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
HR Administration
  • Manage employee data in HRIS software while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
  • Ensure timely completion of HR tasks and maintain accurate records.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
