Job Overview
Hunters Hub Incorporated is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
- Graduate of any college degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect errors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to commit to a regular work schedule and perform overtime when required
- Familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures an advantage

Work Environment:
- The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at Hunters Hub Incorporated's office location
- The candidate should be willing to work a minimum of 2 hours of overtime per day and be available to work during weekends and holidays
