  1. Job Summary: You will be working as an executive assistant, making calls to clients, and matching them with the best providers in their area of expertise. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in making outbound calls.

You will be responsible for:

  • Comprehending our approach to client relationships and ensuring they receive exceptional service.
  • Conducting basic research on provider data and maintaining accurate records.
  • Engaging in phone conversations with clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Documenting interactions with clients in a clear and concise way.
  • Adapting to changes in the work environment and delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining focus and productivity while working independently.
  • Initiating and executing new ideas to drive success.

The requirements for this role include:

  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • BPO customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools.
  • Ability to multitask and think creatively.
