ERP Implementation Specialist

This critical role necessitates a fusion of financial acumen, technical prowess, and meticulous attention to detail to preserve data integrity during the migration process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume ownership of end-to-end client implementations to ensure seamless and timely onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to formulate implementation plans and timelines.
  • Analyze client business processes and configure solutions to cater to their needs.
  • Guide clients through data migration, system integration, and user training across all levels.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, addressing risks and issues proactively.
  • Support the migration and reconciliation of large datasets from various systems.
  • Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience with ERP or other accounting software implementation.
  • Must be Certified Public Accountant.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, or working with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle).
  • Experience in SaaS or technology startups.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Client-first mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • ASC 606 & SaaS revenue recognition experience a plus.
  • Willingness to work US hours from Monday to Friday.
