We are seeking an experienced sales development representative to join our high-performing sales team. As the first sales hire, you will have a direct impact on strategy and growth, and enjoy uncapped earning potential based on results.

Job Description

This role involves building and refining outreach processes, booking qualified live calls with founders and decision-makers in service-based B2B companies, and contributing to closed deals. You will work closely with the founder to refine messaging and targeting, and help onboard and train new appointment setters as the team grows.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience delivering results in recruitment, staffing, BPO, or outsourcing sales, and a track record of generating leads and booking appointments with senior decision-makers. They will be skilled with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outbound automation tools, and have excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, cold calling, and email to founders, CEOs, and hiring decision-makers
  • Book qualified live calls for Reef's founders using a consultative, problem-led approach
  • Build and document outreach playbooks, scripts, and objection-handling guides
  • Track and report KPIs in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience delivering results in recruitment, staffing, BPO, or outsourcing sales
  • Track record of generating leads and booking appointments with senior decision-makers
  • Skilled with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and outbound automation tools
  • Strong cold calling experience - confident handling gatekeepers and objections
  • Excellent written and spoken English for professional client communication
