ERP Order Coordinator

Maintain order and clarity across ERP systems by coordinating orders, tracking shipments, and collaborating with production, logistics, and sales teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Input, manage, and track customer orders within the company's ERP system.
  • Coordinate order status and changes with production, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Monitor production timelines and flag potential delays or issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of orders and shipments.
  • Support internal communication to ensure all teams are aligned on fulfillment timelines.
  • Identify recurring process issues and recommend solutions to improve order flow and ERP accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the U.S.-based team during EST working hours.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfort working U.S. hours (EST) in a remote setting.

Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in flexible packaging or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-based manufacturing processes.
  • Prior experience working with international teams.
  • Process improvement background.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Night shift). Employment type: Independent Contractor.
