Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of People Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for human resources and people experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the human resources function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.
  • Collaborate with the people team to deliver an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at our organization.
  • Provide assistance with employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and considering how we innovate and advance our people operations framework.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling, our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.
  • Develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is advantageous.
