Job Summary

As a senior human resources manager, you will be responsible for providing guidance and comprehensive HR support to our clients. In this role, you will oversee the HR functions, manage the employee lifecycle, align HR initiatives with business needs, build relationships as a trusted HR advisor, and identify trends to propose actions related to employee engagement and developing a positive organizational culture.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR functions for clients; review and monitor all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives.
  • Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions.
  • Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs; support employee and leadership development, and develop succession plans for key positions.
  • Build relationships as a trusted HR advisor to client stakeholders; participate in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
  • Identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and developing a positive organizational culture.
  • Develop new HR policies, review existing ones, and leverage technology to streamline workflow and increase productivity.
Requirements
  • BA degree preferably in Human Resources or a business-related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing a diverse HR team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
  • Experience supporting a public accounting firm or professional services preferred.
  • Multi-state and/or site support experience preferred.
