Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced reliability engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a software engineering mindset, with experience in managing distributed systems and microservices. They will be responsible for ensuring site reliability, monitoring performance, handling alerts, and supporting emergency responses.

This is a key role that acts as a bridge between development and operations, working closely with software engineers, DevOps, and product teams to maintain robust infrastructure and automation for critical applications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pipeline build and maintenance per client tooling and standards.
  • Engage in the software development lifecycle, ensuring solutions meet availability, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
  • Monitor system metrics and health, analyze reports.
  • Support production and in-house systems; participate in on-call support.
  • Lead incident management, conduct root cause analysis, and perform post-incident reviews.
  • Implement system security and resiliency measures.
  • Improve processes within the program.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, NoSQL & SQL databases, and Unix tooling. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or similar is required. Understanding of SLOs and SLAs is also necessary.
