Site Reliability Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineering Manager to lead our high-performance team responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

This is a leadership role that involves driving daily agile devops practices, representing the IS team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams, organizing and coordinating internal projects, mentoring engineers to improve their skills, identifying and measuring team health indicators, implementing structured engineering and operations processes, and ensuring proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive daily agile devops practices to ensure efficient delivery of services.
  • Represent the IS team to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to foster strong relationships.
  • Organize and coordinate internal projects to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Mentor engineers to improve their skills and enhance team performance.
  • Identify and measure team health indicators to inform decision-making.
  • Implement structured engineering and operations processes to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper team focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables to meet service level agreements.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of driving results and exceeding expectations.
  • Experience in software delivery using infrastructure as code.
  • Proven experience managing devops teams for SAAS or similar offerings.
  • Understanding of testing methodologies and maintainable code quality.
  • Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud topologies and technologies.
  • Ability to travel for company events.
