Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
