Customer Service Professional

This customer-focused position is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people and solving problems.
As a key representative of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to customers from around the globe.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding them through solutions.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to maintain a thorough understanding of products and services, and accurately document customer interactions.
Collaboration with other departments is also essential to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is committed to exceeding customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualities:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Starters or adapters are welcome to apply BPO experience is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work within the defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays
