We are looking for an experienced customer support professional to provide exceptional service to our clients. The successful candidate will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to deliver expert support.
  • Identify trends and escalate concerns to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the B2C sector.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying deadlines and priorities.
  • Capacity to analyze issues and implement corrective actions to reduce or eliminate them.
Desired Skills:
  • Familiarity with general operations in financial services/FinTech.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk (or similar CRM) software.
  • Understanding of KYC and/or AML principles.
