**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

This role involves designing and executing comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns across various customer segments, managing email databases, creating compelling email content, and monitoring email deliverability.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in email marketing metrics and performance optimization.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and executing comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns across various customer segments.
  2. Managing email databases, including list building, segmentation, and personalization.
  3. Creating compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and HTML templates.
  4. Monitoring email deliverability, managing sender reputation, and ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations.
