We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistency of branding across all channels.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor the performance of marketing campaigns on various digital platforms.
  • Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses to form strategic partnerships.
  • Set up and manage affiliate programs, liaising with partners and tracking performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Gather insights on target audience profiles and develop content strategies in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Create regular progress reports and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or professional certification in marketing or business-related courses.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or 1-2 years in digital marketing.
  • Proven writing and communication skills, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems and graphic design software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
