We are seeking a Technical Expert to provide support and maintenance for AppSheet applications. If you have experience in low-code/no-code platforms and enjoy troubleshooting and improving smart business solutions, this could be the ideal role for you.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical assistance, updates, and enhancements to our clients' AppSheet-based systems. They will collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.

Main Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration

- Provide recommendations for improvements and automation

- Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability

- Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows

- Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support

Requirements:

- Proven expertise in AppSheet development and technical support

- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic

- Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Experience working with international clients is an advantage

Tools Used:

- Google Sheets

Working Conditions:

- Full-Time

- 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Flexible schedule for remote workers)

- 100% Work-from-Home
