As a technical support lead, you will play a pivotal role in providing expertise to teams within an organization when required. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer enquiries or issues upon escalation from internal and external sources, ensuring proper follow-up to final closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to internal teams as needed
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues through timely escalation and follow-up
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures
  • Identify and resolve system issues through proactive monitoring and analysis
  • Perform daily system checks to ensure integrity and availability of application systems
  • Conduct post-installation quality assurance validations
  • Review system and application logs for remote diagnostic of field devices
  • Provide training and support to users of application systems
  • Offer on-site field support and installation services
  • Verify completion of scheduled jobs
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT service industry
  • Proficient in English language
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on and positive attitude
  • Technically independent with good initiative
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with innovative approach
