Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing workflows, managing project lifecycle, facilitating collaboration, developing user-friendly systems, designing intuitive dashboards, providing training sessions, and monitoring usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and Enhance Workflows:
    • Refine current workflows using tools like Lucidchart or similar software.
    • Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions.
  • Comprehensive Project Management:
    • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle.
    • Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes.
  • Facilitate Collaboration:
    • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and other parties.
  • User-Friendly System Development:
    • Develop a user-friendly system for users to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.
  • Dashboards and Reporting:
    • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information.
    • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users.
  • Training and Support:
    • Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Ongoing Monitoring:
    • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization.
    • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.
