Property Management Role

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Property Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to obtain, organize, and maintain accurate property information and documentation. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Drive) is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate property information and records
  • Manage tenant communications and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using Google Forms and Docs
  • Track rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals
  • Maintain organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets
  • Ensure compliance with relevant housing laws and regulations
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in property management is required
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive)
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
