Job Title:

A Property Accounting Professional is required to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure financial accuracy of specific properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Record business transactions by posting and processing journal entries.
  • Update accounts receivable, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Process accounts payable, perform reconciliations, and update financial data in databases.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports according to legal and company guidelines.
  • Review expenses, payroll records, and other assigned tasks.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on financial performance.
  • Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly/yearly closings and assist with other accounting projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a US Accountant.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical skills and analytical acumen.
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software such as Yardi are desirable.
