Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Transaction Coordinator to facilitate seamless acquisitions and dispositions. This part-time role involves ensuring timely settlement of properties, working remotely 25 hours a week. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process acquisitions efficiently to get properties listed promptly
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customers throughout the settlement process
  • Review and input contracts/settlement statements accurately into our CRM system
  • Negotiate with title companies to ensure timely settlements
  • Support property marketing initiatives, including taking professional photos and generating online listings
  • Collaborate with the construction department to ensure projects are completed before listing
  • Contribute to House Buyers of America's expansion into new geographic markets
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
  • A High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
