
Account Development Manager

At our company, we are currently looking for a seasoned Account Development Manager to spearhead key account management and growth strategies. Based in Manila, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional results by overseeing sales targets, promotional plans, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead a team and collaborate closely with internal departments to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the daily operations and performance of assigned key accounts (e.g., supermarkets, drugstores, retail chains).
- Supervise a team of account specialists or merchandisers in executing trade plans and promotions.
- Nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales reports, and develop action plans to meet targets.
- Cultivate close working relationships with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to guarantee timely delivery, billing, and execution of programs.
- Efficiently resolve client issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in account management or sales supervision (preferably in FMCG or retail).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in sales or ERP systems is an asset.
- Willingness to travel or be field-based when needed.
