Key Role Details

The Licensed Psychologist or Guidance Counselor plays an integral part in fostering a supportive work environment, promoting emotional resilience and overall mental well-being.

This position involves delivering personalized sessions, facilitating group discussions, providing timely support for urgent wellbeing needs, and leading training focused on stress management, coping strategies and resilience building.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular one-on-one well-being sessions to promote employee mental health.
  • Provide crisis intervention support for employees dealing with urgent wellbeing issues.
  • Incorporate mindfulness techniques, decision-making skills and stress-reduction strategies into sessions.
  • Facilitate regular group sessions focusing on peer support and team building to enhance healthy working relationships.
Training & Development Initiatives
  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions including onboarding, well-being and resiliency training, and annual refresher training.
  • Develop and facilitate additional approved training sessions as requested, aligned with organizational objectives.
Ongoing Support & Feedback
  • Engage in daily interactions with team members to provide guidance and support.
